Maine's COVID-19 hospitalizations have fallen to about a quarter of their peak from two months ago.
The Maine CDC reported 116 people in the hospital with the disease on Monday. That's down from 142 hospitalizations a week ago, and it's more than 70% less than the state's peak of 436 hospitalizations, which it reached in mid-January.
Twenty-five patients are in critical care and seven are on ventilators.
