Three people have been arrested following a shooting and apparent standoffin the city of Lewiston.
Police say they also found four handguns, numerous shell casing, over 50 grams of heroin, and $1,000 in suspected drug proceeds in a search. Police received several calls reporting gunshots and fighting just after 3 a.m. Saturday. Officers who responded learned that some involved had fled into an apartment building, which police surrounded. A State Police tactical team also responded.
