CDC Reports Additional 37 Cases Of COVID-19, No New Deaths

The Maine Center for Disease Control Sunday is reporting 37 new cases of COVID-19, for a total of 3,191 total cases in Maine.No new deaths were reported. That number stands at 104.

Since Saturday, 11 more people have recovered from COVID-19, making 2,577 recoveries in the state. Twenty-four people with the disease are currently being hospitalized, and of those seven are in critical care and five are on ventilators.

The Maine CDC is scheduled to hold a live press briefing Monday at 2 p.m. Maine Public will broadcast the briefing on the radio and on our website.
