CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Closing arguments are scheduled Tuesday in the trial of a West Virginia man accused of gunning down a motorist on Interstate 81 more than 5{ years ago.

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - A man sentenced to life in prison for a West Virginia slaying is in Pennsylvania to face charges in an interstate killing that police say was a case of mistaken identity.
 
The Public Opinion reports John Wayne Strawser is accused of chasing down and killing 28-year-old Timothy Davison along Interstate 81 in January 2014.
 
Police say Davison was driving home to Maine when the driver of a pickup truck started firing at him. The truck then rammed Davison's SUV, forcing it onto a median.
 

HARRISBURG, Pa. - A couple from Pennsylvania is suing the family of a Maine murder victim because the victim's family has refused to give them a $52,000 reward check.

Twenty-eight-year-old Timothy Davison of Poland was shot to death while driving on Interstate 81 just north of the border of Maryland and Pennsylvania in January 2014. Davison's family offered the $52,000 reward for information leading police to the killer.
