Guest Chef Sam Collins will be serving a menu that includes choice of salt cod chowder or beef stew, fresh greens, fresh bread, and plum duff. Local suppliers include Goranson Farm, Hootenanny Bread, The Fat Friar's Meadery, and Kennebec Meat Company. Visit the boatyard from 9-noon for a discussion of the impact trade and contact had on the foodways of both Indigenous Americans and Europeans, as well as a chance to churn the butter for lunch!
