Bangor Symphony Orchestra: Jon Kimura Parker plays Beethoven
The season opens on September 22, 2024, with "Jon Kimura Parker plays Beethoven." World-renowned pianist Jon Kimura Parker, a distinguished professor from the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University, will perform Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No.5, "Emperor." The concert will also feature Louise Farrenc's Overture No. 2 and Schumann's Symphony No.3, Rhenish.
