Mature Mainers of any age are invited to attend the Central Maine Successful Aging Expo is at the Maine State Armory, Western Avenue in Augusta on October 17, 2024. Join us for a day of exhibitor information, talks and a chance to get questions answered from expert resources ranging from insurance and estate planning to home care and senior communities.

The expo is free to attend, no registration required, and runs from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Northern Light Healthcare is offering Covid boosters and flu shots all day. Please bring your insurance card.

Hosted by on-line resource Maine Senior Guide, the expo runs from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and feature many expert resources and talks and demos. Plenty of free parking is available.
