Greely Hockey’s 16th Annual 5K Turkey Trot

We’re excited to announce that registration is open for Greely Hockey’s 16th Annual Turkey Trot 5k Road Race. This has been a longstanding Thanksgiving morning tradition in our community—full of fun for families and friends alike! Thank you for joining us and supporting Greely Hockey!

Price: $25.00 Race Fee + $3.00 SignUp Fee
Registration increases to $30.00 after November 22, 2023 at 11:59 pm EST

Course: 5K (3.1 miles) Flat, residential, USATF certified course. See course map by clicking here:  ME22004JK  

Race begins on Main Street in Cumberland, Maine in front of Greely High School. The race finishes on the Greely track.

First 150 registrants receive a t-shirt, so register early! 

Awards:    
Winners will receive a freshly-baked pie of their choice graciously donated by Toots in North Yarmouth
Overall race winners (both male and female) as well as the top finishers in each of the following age groups: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60-69, 70+
Children age 8 and under may show up and run at no cost. If your child wants to be timed and wants to be eligible for a t-shirt, registration is required.
ON-LINE REGISTRATION WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL 7:45AM THE MORNING OF THE RACE.
 
REGISTRATION PRICES INCREASE RACE DAY TO $25 FOR STUDENTS AND $30 FOR ADULTS, SO REGISTER BEFORE MIDNIGHT ON 11/21.
 
* NEW IN 2023- ALL RUNNERS WILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE RACE THEMSELVES ON THIS SITE. VOLUNTEERS WILL NOT BE REGISTERING RUNNERS THE MORNING OF THE RACE LIKE IN YEARS PAST. IN OTHER WORDS THERE IS NO WAY TO PAY BY CASH OR CHECK.
