This class is for anyone looking for reliable, accessible, and fun ways to improve strength and vitality. Whether you are a complete beginner on a weight loss journey, weekend warrior looking to stay in shape, or recovering from a lingering injury or surgery, we can modify the workout for your specific needs. Class size will be limited to 8 people, so you can have the energy and camaraderie of a group class, with the individual attention of personal training. Each class will cover a foundational aspect of long term health, so you can be stronger than ever for longer than ever. Whether its muscular strength, bone health, balance and mobility, cardiovascular, even brain health, this class will have it covered in a fun, sustainable, holistic way regardless of skill level.
Class series starts Monday, January 15 at 5:00 PM and runs every Monday through February 12.
