What's it take to write a good crime novel?  How does a writer craft a story to keep a reader hooked until the final page?   We'll hear from 3 Maine writers who specialize in mystery, crime and stories of suspense.  

Guests:  James Hayman,  author of the internationally best selling McCabe/Savage thrillers.  He moved to Portland ten years ago. His first McCabe/Savage thriller, The Cutting, was published in 2009.

Gayle Lynds, New York Times best-selling author and award-winning writer of ten international espionage novels, including The Book of Spies and The Coil. 

Lea Wait, Her latest book is Twisted Threads, the first in her Mainely Needlepoint series, with a background of custom and antique embroidery.
