Please join us for the opening reception of "Bits and Pieces" at Over Here Studio by artist Kevin Cyr.

Bits and Pieces best describe the body of work Kevin Cyr will be showing at Over Here Studio. The pieces in the show range from portraits made at the beginning of his career in the early 2000s to paintings of vehicles made just a couple of years ago. The show is a retrospective comprising pieces that Kevin couldn't bear to part with, work from past shows, or art that hasn't been shown, or even seen outside the studio. It's all the bits and pieces in his studio which includes large paintings, tiny paintings, drawings, three-dimensional work, photos, and many prints. In all, the show will have over a hundred pieces of art.

Kevin’s work has been heavily focused on depicting working-class vehicles through paintings and drawings. He carved out a niche painting graffiti-covered vans, beat-up cars, and delivery trucks but he will also be showing work from his sculpture projects, the Camper Bike, Camper Kart, and Little-Tag-Along, as well as many stand-alone pieces.

Kevin is thrilled to be showing in Portland for the first time and proud to
present his work at Ryan and Rachel Adams' space, Over Here Studio.
