Fryeburg Fair
Maine's largest agricultural fair features an all-new midway with thrilling rides, over 200 musicians and entertainers on five stages, over 3,000 animals, livestock events, harness racing, mechanical pulls, Agricultural Exhibition Center, Farm Museum, Garden Center, Firemen's Muster, Woodsmen's Field Day, Grand Parade, strolling performers, demonstrations, crafts, vendors, beer tents and favorite fair food.
Main Stage lineup (8 pm): Nouveau Redneck (Monday), The Eli Young Band (Tuesday), Dirty Deeds - The AC/DC Experience (Wednesday), Rave X, The Outer Limits Tour - Freestyle Motorsports Show (Thursday), Alexandra Kay followed by fireworks (Friday), Nate Smith (Saturday).
Fair admission: $12; free for kids under 12; free on Tuesday for ages 65 and older
Unlimited ride wristbands are $25 on site Oct. 2-3; $30 Oct. 4-6 and Oct. 9; and online before 5 pm Oct. 2 for $25 each or $80 for a 4-Pack. Wristbands are not valid on Friday or Saturday.
Ride tickets, valid every day, are $1.50 each, $30/20 tickets, or $60/50 tickets plus 1 free ride. (Rides take 2 or more tickets each.)
Fair hours are 7 am to 10 pm. The midway opens daily at 10 am.
