Hike for Hospice is a walk fundraiser, open to the community, to support Hospice of Southern Maine’s nonprofit mission to provide compassion, care, and comfort through the end of life for patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

Come join us for a beautiful autumn walk starting at our Hospice Center in Scarborough and connecting with the Eastern Trail. There will be music, Holy Donuts, prizes, a kids' scavenger hunt, and lots of community spirit as we walk the 2.25 or 4.5-mile routes. Together, we can make each step count and raise awareness and funds for hospice care in southern Maine. Children and leashed dogs are welcome!

Hospice of Southern Maine cares for nearly 2,000 patients and their loved ones at home and at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House every year. Since its inception, Hike for Hospice has raised more than $245,000 to support this care.
