A SCHOOL OF TROUT
A School of Trout is the heartwarming and charming story of the next generation of stewards of the earth, nurturing and attempting to release baby trout from their public school into the river. The film provides a genuine look at the experience of these young fourth graders as they discover the ecosystems around them and engage in their unique school.
LIGHTER THAN AIR
For four generations, the Carter family has soared through the skies in the iconic ‘Colorado Rocky Mountain High’ hot air balloon. This documentary captures their unwavering passion, daring flights, and the legendary legacy of ballooning that defines them. AN UNCERTAIN ETERNITY
An Uncertain Eternity follows the journey of icebergs that travel from Ilulissat Icefjord in Greenland to the East coast of Newfoundland in Canada. Narrated by Greenlanders and Newfoundlanders, this film explores the political, social and spiritual implications of the icebergs and how they are changing as the planet warms.
JAMIE LOGAN: ALL IN
When Jamie Logan pioneered some of the most challenging alpine and rock climbs of the 1960s and '70s, she went by the name “Jim." Now in her 70s, Jamie has transitioned to a woman and reflects on her career in the vertical world.
LET THEM PLAY
With the help of his coach, a young baseball player works through and reflects on the effects of bullying by previous coaches and peers. Told from the perspectives of coach, parent, and player, Let Them Play explores the intricate and affirming aspects of positive coaching that can support children both on and off the field.
THE RIVER COWBOY
Since 1996, a quiet man in the backwoods of Eastern Kentucky has taken it upon himself to clean tires out of the Wild and Scenic Red River. Now 28 years later, friends, environmental groups, and community members are rallying to support annual cleanups in an effort to keep the river beautiful and to try and stop the trash and tires from making it there in the first place.
A JOURNEY TO REMEMBER
"A Journey To Remember" is a short docufilm created by The Summit Project that illustrates the personal experiences of (3) Gold Star family members as they navigate through the challenges of both grieving and remembrance following the unexpected loss of their loved ones. In addition, each story is accompanied by the extraordinary way that their communities rally around these families with overwhelming support.
