Stitching and Storytelling: Landscape Fiber Art
Opening reception for “Stitches and Storytelling: Landscape Fiber Art.” Maggie Moran uses hundreds of tiny stitches to bring scenes to life, from realistic St. George and midcoast landscapes and cityscapes to whimsical visions of Ireland and Scotland, combining knitting, sewing, felting and embroidery. Her vibrant textiles will be on display in the library’s light-filled community room from August 8th through 29th, 2025.
