The YMCA Fit Fest kicks off the first of three 5ks for the LA Triple Crown In Lewiston and Auburn, Maine. The race is open to persons of all ages, children under the age of 14 are free. The three courses are relatively flat and explore the downtowns of the Twin Cities.

The Triple Crown offers a series of quality running races that create a better sense of community, promote healthy activities, and raise support for and awareness of three partnering charitable organizations: the Auburn-Lewiston YMCA, the Fletcher Foundation, and the Bridge Run Foundation.
