The Lamoine Conservation Commission is pleased to host Grayson Richmond, Director of Birdsacre, who will give a presentation entitled, “Video Vignettes: Living and Learning with Birdsacre's Avian Ambassadors” on Friday September 12 at 7pm at the Lamoine Consolidated School. Richmond has cared for and worked with 16 educational hawk, vulture, and owl ambassadors to highlight these masterpieces of nature, their keen intelligence, and the challenges impacting their species in the wild. He will provide behind the scenes glimpses of the Ambassadors, featuring Cooper, a barred owl growing up at Birdsacre.
