Christian Music Share Nights will start up again on January 6, 2022 and will continue to be held the 1st Thursday of each month. We will gather on the 1st Floor of the Cherryfield Academy Community Center, located at 53 Main Street, Cherryfield. Time is 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. A sound system is provided. They also inspire audiences nationwide on their acclaimed national tours. A visual exhibition, " Outside In" with Judith Allen-Efstathiou’s work including copper sculptures made from reused, vintage copper from the Maine as well as cyanotypes, lithographs and drawings.For First Friday October 3 and November 7th from 5- 7:00pm the artist will be at the gallery and is happy to discuss her work with visitorsThe exhibition runs until November 20 and is open 24/7on the lower level of the Press Hotel below reception.
Portland’s First Friday Art Walk is a free self-guided tour of art galleries, art studios, museums, and alternative art venues on the first Friday of every month from 5-8pm. Its mission is to open the doors of Portland’s visual arts community by joining together and introducing a wider audience to the unique vitality of the artists and venues of Portland, promoting interest with non-exclusivity and easy-access, thereby strengthening the arts and community through diversity and celebration.
