He is a four-time finalist at the New England Songwriters Contest; and released a CD of original tunes, 2013’s Ramone. Sferra is a multi-instrumentalist who got her musical start teaching herself to play guitar on a nylon string Harmony and moved into songwriting. With the new millennium, she began performing her folk-blues compositions locally and recorded two CDs, Smoke and Bones and Hardened Ground.
