Eliza Ruth Watson stars as “Mama” Cass Elliot, the iconic Grammy Award winning singer who died at age 32 in 1974. Best known for being a member of the 1960’s folk rock band The Mamas & The Papas, Elliot also released five solo albums, which included songs “Dream a Little Dream of Me”, “Make Your Own Kind of Music”, and “I’m Coming to The Best Part Of My Life”. Elliot was posthumously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998 and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2022.
