May 10: Bills, Bills, Bills Plus Literal Road Blocks And The Latest On The Mills Administration

Rebecca Conley

It’s Friday and time to catch up on all things politics with Maine’s Political Pulse. This week:

The state legislature is starting to spend more time in its respective chambers, voting on bills that have emerged from committee.

Keeping an eye on this activity are Maine Public's Statehouse Bureau Chief Steve Mistler and Chief Political Correspondent Mal Leary. They spoke with Irwin Gratz about bills being taken up, as well as a pause on road and bridge construction in the state and some recent signs that Governor Mills is beginning to get push-back on legislation from her own party.

Maine's Political Pulse is produced each week by Willis Ryder Arnold. Caitlin Troutman is the digital producer and the theme music is by Rob Holt.
