Record-High 246 COVID-19 Cases In Maine, 1 Death

It’s another record-breaking day in Maine for new cases of COVID-19 — the state CDC is reporting 246 Tuesday. The previous high was 243 last Friday.

One more person with the virus has died, bringing the total number of deaths to 166.

Maine’s positivity rate is about 2.7 percent, and the number of active cases is 2,172.

In total, 9,363 Mainers have been diagnosed with the disease, and 7,025 have recovered.
