PORTLAND, Maine — Portland-based IT services company Winxnet has acquired a Massachusetts company, adding 40 employees and giving it a foothold in the Boston market.
CEO Christopher Claudio says Winxnet's purchase of KDSA in Methuen, Massachusetts, reflects the first step of an expansion southward.
KDSA has expertise in the areas of enterprise resource planning, business applications and cloud and datacenter operations. Combined, the merged company has about 115 workers.
The deal is Winxnet's second acquisition of the year, and the company is planning a third. Claudio said the goal is to increase revenue to $40 million by 2016.
