MEXICO, Maine (AP) - The Maine State Fire Marshal's office says one man has died and another has been injured after a fire at their home in downtown Mexico.Authorities say firefighters found heavy smoke and flames when they arrived at the two-story house around noon Saturday.They say 45-year-old Dean Watson died in the fire and that Thomas Brown, who's in his 50s, suffered smoke inhalation and is being treated at a hospital. Watson's father, 83-year-old John Watson escaped without injury.Fire marshals say the fire started on the porch and that there were no working smoke detectors at the house.The fire remains under investigation.
