Being with a group of people and sharing a meal is good for your health—and it's not just about the food you eat. Research shows that eating with others correlates with greater well being. We explore Maine's longtime traditions tied to communal dining, from potlucks to bean suppers. Where can you partake of these shared meals—and what potluck etiquette do you need to know?
