Join us for The Autumn and Ales 5k, 10k and Half Marathon Run/Walk in Scarborough, Maine, on September 16th, 2023. This race is perfect for runners of all levels, whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out. The course takes you through the breathtaking scenery of The Eastern Trail in Scarborough, Maine.

As you make your way to the finish line, you'll be cheered on by enthusiastic volunteers and other runners. And when you cross that finish line, you'll be greeted by the sweet taste of victory and a cold, refreshing beer courtesy of Nonesuch River Brewing.
Mend Health and Wellness organizes this run every year. All proceeds are donated back to local nonprofits. Mend Health and Wellness is a sports chiropractic, family-run, family-friendly rehab clinic. Led by the husband and wife team of Drs. Tracey and Victor St. John, they are dedicated to non-surgical management of Sports and Musculoskeletal injuries.

Event Details: Each participant, age 21 and older, will have access to a Beer Garden sponsored by Nonesuch River Brewing, following the race. ID and race bib required. Guests of race participants (21 and older with ID) may purchase a bracelet to access the Beer Garden for $10.
The route begins and ends at American Legion - the route will be on the Scarborough Marsh off road section of the Eastern Trail in Scarborough.

Packet pickup: For those who register before 9/1 racers will be able to pick up their race bib and T-shirt on Friday, September 15th, from 11am - 6PM at Mend Health, 560 US Route 1, Scarborough.
Race day packet-pick up, check in and on-site registration will be at American Legion Post, Scarborough. Onsite registration and check-in is from 6:30AM to 7:30AM on Saturday, Sept.16th. Please plan to arrive for sign-in an hour before your race starts.
Parking: We encourage carpooling to alleviate parking congestion. Please park on Washington road off of Mason Libby Rd, or on Mason Libby road .25 mile away from the entrance of the race. We will have someone directing traffic.
Map/Water/Bathrooms: Please try to plan to use the bathroom beforehand. We will have porta potties as well as the American Legion bathrooms to use as needed at the Start/Finish line ONLY.
There will be 4 water breaks along the race.

This is a tobacco-free, rain or shine, event. Sadly dogs are not allowed on the trail.
