Anna Kellar, Executive Director of the League of Women Voters of Maine, has researched and worked on issues involving conflict resolution and anti-corruption in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Anna grew up in Maine before earning a BA in Political Science from Yale University and a Masters from the London School of Economics. From civic engagement to designing institutions to withstand polarization, Anna brings an international perspective to their work in Maine.
