The three-time Tony Award winning laugh riot Lend Me A Tenor follows the misadventures of Max and the Cleveland Grand Opera company. After preparing a lovely reception for Il Stupendo, the greatest tenor of his generation, for a one-night only performance in Pagliacci Max finds his star on the verge of death, the theatre in potential ruins, and worst of all his fiance has a thing for tenors! As Max dons the makeup to stand in for Il Stupendo, hilarity and mischief ensue.

Led by the incredible poet and author Robert Breen, this welcoming writers group is open to all—whether you’re just starting out or deep into a manuscript. Bring your works in progress, share your voice, and receive supportive, thoughtful feedback in a relaxed and inspiring setting. Together, we’ll explore storytelling, poetry, memory, and the written word in all its forms. Come to listen, come to write, come to connect.

Christian Music Share Nights will start up again on January 6, 2022 and will continue to be held the 1st Thursday of each month. We will gather on the 1st Floor of the Cherryfield Academy Community Center, located at 53 Main Street, Cherryfield. Time is 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. A sound system is provided. A visual exhibition, " Outside In" with Judith Allen-Efstathiou’s work including copper sculptures made from reused, vintage copper from the Maine as well as cyanotypes, lithographs and drawings.
For First Friday October 3 and November 7th from 5- 7:00pm the artist will be at the gallery and is happy to discuss her work with visitors
The exhibition runs until November 20 and is open 24/7
on the lower level of the Press Hotel below reception.

Something Witchy presents The Witching Hour each Friday featuring Tarot Readings $25 for 15 minutes with Joyce Halliburton. You don't need a reading to come in and peruse our enchanting little witch shop in the basement of Portland's Old Port. Call/Text Joyce directly at 207-494-0205 to book your reading or walk in.
