this deeply restorative experience blends salt therapy with yoga nidra for a full-body reset that feels both grounding + dreamy. as you relax and breathe, the super-absorbent, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory dry salt gets to work, gently absorbing allergens, toxins + impurities while encouraging deep relaxation, rejuvenation + healing. for best results, we recommend wearing a t-shirt + shorts so the salt can work its magic.
come dressed for rest with your blankets + pillows in tow. you’ll rest comfortably in savasana throughout class as you’re guided through a systematic meditation that moves through the five layers of self, leaving you feeling whole, calm + deeply restored. since you’ll be completely still for the full hour, staying cozy + warm is key. we recommend bringing layers.
expect quiet, stillness + that floaty, post-nap glow you didn’t know you needed.
