From February 2nd to February 14th, create a Valentine’s Day card at the Lewiston Public Library! Free supplies and crafting space will be available for adults on the 2nd floor and for children on the 3rd floor.

The Maine 3 Railers Model Train and Dollhouse Show takes place at the Augusta Armory from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, February 14th. The Armory is located at 179 Western Avenue, Augusta, ME 04330. Visit this show to see operating model railroads and dollhouse displays along with products for sale. Admission is $5 for adults, and $10 for Families. Kids under 12 are free. Enjoy an interactive storytime celebrating our BookReach Volunteer Reading Program. Join us for some fun with books, songs, and body movement while building early literacy skills.
The BookReach Volunteer Reading Program is community collaboration of volunteer readers who deliver Storytime to children in licensed family childcare homes and centers. Our mission is to raise a community of readers by enriching the lives of young children through the pleasure of reading. BookReach began in the fall of 1997 with a grant from L.L.Bean and is now funded by the Lewiston and Auburn Public Libraries.

Calling musicians of all levels! Please come and join us on the second Saturday of each month from 1:00 to 3:00 pm for a community - based open mic session. All levels and musical genres are welcome as are individuals, duos, groups, whatever. This will be an all - acoustic session but there will be a small Fishman amplifier and microphone available on an as needed basis.
Our open mic group shall endeavor to provide a fun and judgement free opportunity to share our musical offerings with others. Original compositions as well as covers are welcomed. Please pass the word to friends and let's create a community where we can gather to play, sing, laugh, learn and get to know our neighbors. The event shall be by donation ($2 suggested) with all proceeds going to The Gatherings.
